Responsible for business expansion, liasing with clients, training and daily management of the business.

Qualifications:
• IPSA (the International Professional Security Association) - Qualified Trainer
• SITO (the Security Industry Training Organisation) - Recognised trainer for basic job training for security guards
• SITO vetting course.

Currently on the list of IPSA approved training instructors and does training on their behalf.

Undertakes security consultancy work for both Astley Limited and Astley Safety Consultancy. Work ranges from one off site visits to provide a security assessment to providing regular on site advice in place of an in-house Security Manager.

Author of security articles for various Croner publications.

Individual member of the International Professional Security Association (IPSA) since 1994, and currently the Deputy International Chairman of the Association with direct responsibility for all publications.

Associate member of and webmaster for the Chemical & Industrial Consultants Association (CICA).

Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
